I’m really digging the creation of gifs as art. I can get behind this as a new(ish?) medium.

Craft Waste

I’ve recently been inspired to create things from what will eventually end up being trash. A few weeks ago I fashioned a portfolio bag out of years old unused canvas. But there’s art to be made.

Artist Yuken Teruya turns waste into art. His pieces are amazing examples of intricate paper craft. Bask in it.

I used to paint more.

A few years ago (two maybe?), I figured it’d been way too long since I’d put a brush and paint to use. So, I found out about a skateboard art show. Then a bought some boards.

I painted a few cheesecake pin-up girls on one of them. I like pin-up girls. These were the results.
